Greg Vanhauser

Greg is a long-time SF Peninsula Realtor (since 1977) with vast knowledge of the local markets. He earned a BA and MA from San Jose State in Counseling Psychology. He is a former coach, teacher and counselor with the Sequoia Union High School District and Head Counselor at Woodside High School from 1985 to 2008. During his career, he developed skills in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals. Through his breadth of experiences, he is often praised as a great negotiator and a trustworthy confidant.

As a founder and investor in Pangea Properties (REIT), he developed his knowledge of the investment real estate/property management from 1985 through 2000.

His memberships include Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He holds the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
